  • Security Deposit: A $50 security deposit is required upfront to confirm and secure your booking time slot. This deposit will be applied directly toward your final service balance on the day of your appointment.

  • No-Show and Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide notice within our specified timeframe [e.g., 24 or 48 hours]. Failure to do so, or failure to show up to your scheduled time, may result in the forfeiture of your $50 security deposit.

  • Payment Processing: All digital financial transactions and deposit captures are securely handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, adhering to PCI-DSS standards.

4. Communication & SMS Consent
